Which styles of Yoga is for you?

Below are the yoga styles that I teach and their descriptions.

Hatha Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

Hatha means "sun" and "moon."

"To balance the sun and moon, or the male and female aspects of nature, within the body."​

A slower, more meditative practice that involves holding poses for longer. Hatha yoga is good for balance and strengh, generally considered to be a good fit for beginners, those recovering from an injury, or those looking to de-stress.

- Intermediate

- Advanced

Vinyasa means "linking movement with breath.​​

​

A fast-paced practice that involves moving from one pose directly into the next. Vinyasa yoga is often considered to be more athletic and challenging.
